MEET THE FOUNDER

Rachael has 35 years of experience in Operations Leadership, Sales, Sales Leadership, Culture Assessments and Move Forward Plans, Marketing and Operations. She passionately delivers interactive dynamic, impactful workshops and coaching sessions to professionals in any industry, from manufacturing to technology, banking, medical, distribution and beyond. 

As a coach, she models highly effective leadership, communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills. She helps leaders, salespeople, and companies with effective communication skills, including uncovering needs, creating and positioning solutions to address specific business issues as well as strategic planning, sales forecasting, development, and customer service.

Rachael creates a safe place for participants to be vulnerable in learning and she challenges them to reach their next level of performance.
