Rachael brings more than 35 years of experience in Operations Leadership, Sales, Sales Leadership, and Marketing and Operations to her highly impactful coaching and workshops.
She creates a safe place for participants to be vulnerable in learning and challenges them to reach their next levels of performance. Before starting her company, Rachael was the Director of Organizational Development for Pregis. Prior to her work at Pregis, Rachael sold and delivered sales and leadership trainings where she set both 1st and 2nd year all-time sales records. By year 3, she held the top salesperson position at the company.
As a coach, she models highly effective leadership, communication, interpersonal presentation, and negotiation skills. Her expertise spans interpersonal skills and functional communication skills, including uncovering needs, creating and positioning solutions to address specific business issues, strategic planning, sales forecasting, development, and customer service.
